I completely agree with you on the importance of asking the right questions at the project start and asking the right people!

Requirements gathering and analysis is a make or break milestone in any project life cycle.

In my experience, I have found that many of my clients gain more clarity after answering these questions. I have also realized that there are many decisions that get made at the client’s-end because of us asking these questions!

It is also important to prepare in advance and ask open-ended questions to get better answers. You have put together quite a comprehensive list that covers various aspects of any learning project.

I am sure many in the industry will find it useful!
